Defining and designing a powerful future for an organization is exciting to me as we tap into the inherent creativity of individuals and teams. I really enjoy helping people create the captivating challenges that lead to high performance and breakthrough efforts. I work with corporations, government agencies, and universities to help them create a vision of what they want to be, define the strategies to get there and develop the leadership skills that will make that vision a reality.

My decade of consulting is built on over thirty years of senior executive positions with the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense and NASA. During my career as an aerospace executive, I led teams and organizations of 10 to 10,000 people. While most of the projects involved very advanced technology and systems, the key to success was in the leadership and effectiveness of the people.

I hold B.S. and M.S. degrees from MIT and a Ph.D. degree from Ohio State. My on-the-job experiences and extensive post-doctoral development in leadership and strategic management served me well. Now, I'm passing what I've learned on to others. I have offered workshops to over 50 organizations and 5000 individuals on breakthrough, transformation and strategic leadership development and written two books, The Sky is Not the Limit and High Performance: Making it Happen and Keeping it Going.

I am now on a quest to integrate science with human spirituality. I've been involved in some of the most exciting U.S. aerospace technology programs of the past thirty years, including the Apollo program, the National Aero-Space Plane, Star-Wars, and Virtual Systems. Integrating this knowledge of science with spirituality is leading me to fascinating people, places and experiences.
