I value a participative approach to planned change and work with small and large groups to engage the creativity of the individuals. This approach leads to collective learning for people, and commitment to joint action in creating and implementing their vision of the future.

I utilize managing and valuing diversity as a key strategic component of organizational change. I first engage organizations in assessing their readiness for change. Then I provide coaching and consultation in developing strategies, leaders, diversity councils and internal human resources.

I consult to both profit and nonprofit organizations in a wide variety of settings. My professional work over the years has included: Team Building, Process Consultation, Search Conferences, Diversity, Interpersonal Skills, Management Training and Development, and Development of Women and People of Color. I am a member of the National Training Labs Institute (NTL) and provide consultation and training there.

I have a strong desire to support and coach Hispanics and women, so I design, market, and deliver personal and professional programs to these target groups. My fluency in both the English and Spanish languages is important in my work across the U.S. and internationally.

My Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis on Organization Development provided the theoretical underpinnings, experiences and research that guide my work. However learning is a lifelong adventure as I work with clients, collaborate with colleagues and attend conferences and workshops.

Away from work you'll find me either designing and managing the complete renovation of a new home, traveling or relaxing with one of my other interests: dancing, drumming, mosaics, quilting and designing.
